Aftermarket Radio/camera & reversing sensor

Have had a JVC double din installed in my 07. Also got them to install a reversing camera. Since then the reversing beepers have stopped working. They told me you can’t have camera and sensor. Doesn’t sound right. Had the back panel off the other day and took some pictures. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks

This company will supply you with the bits you need. They might be able to give advice.

That link will let you choose which stereo you are replacing and then gives links to the bits you need.

Cheers, does that little unit (parking retention unit) just get plugged into the plug in the back that you can see in the photos?

I don't really know.. I looked into doing this mod, but ran out of money when my turbo failed =(

I live in Exeter where this company is based and they did a great job on my mates Astra.

There might be someone on here that actually has done the mod DIY that can help more.

I think the module is designed to attach up front into the radio harness. Looks like you are in the boot area of the car.
