Why don't I see the special characters (like the pounds sign) in posts anymore. I'm sure it was shown correctly in the past but something has changed and I don't know what to do to get it back. It looks weird.

All I see now is this:


I tried chrome and firefox on my Windows 10 PC and on my Android phone and they all show the same question mark.

In your post I do see the pound sign. But in other posts (like http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic29384.html) I see question marks (also in Edge). In other posts in the For Sale & Wanted section I also see question marks, but in others I do see the pound sign. Is it the way it is posted/entered?
