Q1 2009 Campaign

Dear all,

As promised I am reporting in with details of the manufacturer campaign for Q1 2009. It is a very difficult campaign to explain as the support is not set by model alone, but instead there are a few other factors. In essence there are a limited number of vehicles with financial support from LR, however this support varies depending on what model the vehicles is, which specification and also the vehicles build date. This applies to all Land Rover product.

With this in mind, the best deals will be vehicles that your local dealer is holding in their current stock and that are listed as having additional support. So, if you are open-minded as to final specification and colours etc then your dealer should be able to offer you something compelling! They should be able to tailor a package for you, whether it be money off, accessories, reduction in finance costs, support with your part-exchange etc etc. Best bet is to pop down, have a coffee and discuss what is most important to you.

Sorry to be vague, however as mentioned there is no set matrix for what does and what does not qualify for Land Rover support.

If anyone would like more information or to discuss a specific vehicle then please call one of our Sales Team on 0208 992 2299 and mention that you are a forum member!

Good news! Will be good to get some more money through LR's accounts. The thought of this poss bail out business scares me so more cars sold is good for everyone!

Got any good deals on an RRS for about 40 months time? Wink Mr. Green Laughing 09MY FL2 Td4 XS, Style Pack, Privacy Glass, Martinique Blue.. oh so very blue..

Oh that sounds complicated!

Are there any inititiatives around pre-owned FL2s? I'm finding the leap from 03 FL1 to a FL2 rather unpallatable

Richard,

The manufacturer only supports new vehicles, so unfortunately the used prices are whatever the individual dealers feel they should sell them at.

It is quite a jump from a FL1 to a FL2, however it's so much of an improvement that it would be a similar step as going from a FL2 to a RRS.

If you would like me to look at a few options then please feel free to drop me an email with details of your current FL, what you would like from your new FL and what the budget is (cash, finance or cash with a little finance).

We would be really glad to help.
