TR Fault & DSC Off

Today i had a fault on my Terrain Responce System

Hopped in the car after it was stood in the cold weather we are having and it started fine after the glowplug light went out

But it went Bong and the info display said TR System Fault and the DSC off light was illuminated

This also stopped the selector knob illuminating and when twisting this it went Bong again and showed the message again.

Restarted the car, and still the same, did this 2 or 3 times, and then went for a short drive with it still be faulty

When i pulled over about a mile later the car was restarted and the TR was working and the DSC light was off

I know some have had sensor replaced after various error messages last winter is this the same as you had or any other thoughts Question Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I had 'Terrain Response Faulty' warning yesterday at the start of a 200 mile journey.
Stopped the car and engine, restarted and the message was still there and the T/R selector was not illuminated.
So I pulled up the gearshift surround trim, disconnected and reconnected the T/R connector and all has been fine since.
I wonder............ Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
