Bloom'in Wild .......... I would be ..... as it doesn't have a sliding floor ......

D3/4 had one. Sometimes that is what a Commercial needs.

As it’s a commercial the VAT won’t be a problem . It’s not as daft as it seems, plenty of businesses run £35k plus King Cab pick ups . I can see a niche for it professions like forestry and game keeping . I don’t expect to see the local Yodel contractor delivering in it any time soon though. 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

A place in Ripon fits very good seats into D4 even the full 7 seats, Im sure they will do the D5.

a d4 with 7 local made seats cost more than the equivilent spec car, but of course you get the vat back,

the danger is a vat inspection you may have to repay that vat if the seats arnt proven to be needed for your business (unsure about exact vat rules but thats near the truth) At work

What is shocking about this PR blurb is Land Rover not knowing that christmas trees are available in the UK. Their marketing people obviously do not get out much - and probably never without an escort. Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own!

It’s quite something, they’ve managed to provide a voluminous 1,856 litres of loadspace, against the D4’s frankly pathetic 2,558 litres, they’ve reduced the entry level engine from a weedy and characterless 3.0 litre V6 to a charismatic and storming 2.0 litre in-line 4 and they’ve only increased the starting price from around £34,000 to just a smidge over £40,000 (all ex VAT). Way to go LR!!

Fortunately, they’ve fitted a robust inner tailgate, which will never break under heavy use and above all, they haven’t made it look like a flourist’s van in the process either.

Er, hang on a minute... Twisted Evil

That’s due to the fact the bulkhead eats into the cargo area more than the 4, the standard car has 2,406 litres. There’s some nice features, I like the lockable storage under the floor where the 2nd row should be.

The 2.0 is good enough, I wouldn’t pay for it but the highways agency seem happy with it. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200
