2007 Freelander 2 i6 HSE Auto Sumatra Black

Blown fuse, car cuts out - related ?

My i6 cut out the other day. When restarting it I noticed the dash-cam was no longer working. The front aux socket was dead. Fuse 45 was blown.
Surely this fuse blowing couldn't have immobilised the car ? Maybe just a coincidence both happening at the same time.

2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Firenze Red

Blowing a headlamp bulb on mine killed it dead for a millisecond and put lots of fault codes in the computer. They don’t like any sort of power surge. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
