Spot light fitting/A bar query

I'm sure that this has been asked before but the search facility doesn't seem to be working

I want to fit a couple of spots to the front of my Freel 2. Can I do this without fitting an A bar (Legal??) has anybody done it?

I had fitted spotlights to my FL2 [now taken off].
Was a bit of a job, with hacking away at the grill for the ones I fitted [many pics in my gallery]

Now just run with 2 x LED light bars under slung on the front roof bar. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip,
Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.

No. Just take a feed off the main beam circuit to power a relay. I'd put a diode across the relay coil, to prevent back EMF spikes.
The relay can then switch power to the light bar. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
