Shame it gets to that situation as most as we know are fine. I do wonder if poor after care exasperates problems further. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

I would guess that the indies are better at the job than the dealers! My experience left a lot to be desired in my 6 years of FL2 ownership. I remember my first FL2 had a knocking noise going over bumps, dealer had it 3 or 4 times before telling me that they couldn't fix it and go somewhere else. The next dealer had it a couple of times before it eventually got fixed but blotted their copybook when they damaged the bonnet during a different warranty repair and denied doing it. With my second FL2 they had marked out my own private parking bay in the service yard as I was there that often.....
