Hi All, My 1st post

Fitting a new radio, with reverse camera to my TD4 S model.
Have run the camera cable and now need to pick up the reverse cable to activate it.
I'm hoping that i can use the reverse selector switch on the manual gear lever, so the picture shows the bottom of the lever taken from the rear seats looking forward. Can anyone confirm that this is the reverse switch and if it can be used for the radio to cut in the reverse camera. if not where is the best place to pick up the revese cable to the lights as near a possible to the radio

You could always splice a wire into the wiring at the rear going to the reverse light bulb. And welcome to the club.

Wire you are looking for at the rear light is a green wire with a white stripe. GS Sd4 2012
