was working fine with my Firefox this morning, not sure what version though

I have also noticed that when using smaller text it was not working and appeared in the thread normal on IE and FF

This should be

small
large

I have emailed Martin on the firefox issue and the sizing issue

Now that IS interesting.

In IE, your tiny/small/large etc is all the same size. But when doing this reply, in the screen below, it is shown in the correct sizing Chris

Firefox does strange things to my own website

The homepage does not display the text in Blue (which is just a date), but IE shows it fine. Also the photos are mis-aligned in Firefox

IE7:-

Firefox:-

I upgraded to FF 3.0.5 just now as per CG, but stil the same issue

Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Mr. Green  Chris

What did you use to create the site, Frontpage?
I would trust FF to be the more "standards compliant" browser. - Mike

Not Frontpage. My Domain and Website Hosting company www.1and1.co.uk have an online WebSite Builder app (templates etc) that i use. It's not brilliant, but it does the job. Chris

Sorry guys, missed this due to not watching the OT area like a hawk Wink

Have fixed the text size problem - an old version of the BBCode conversion code was being used - the new version is FF compliant Smile

The login issue can be related to cache/cookies - I recommend deleting both (from Tools menu -> Clear Private Data), restarting Firefox and trying again. If you still have no joy then I can reset your password manually, this seems to clear the problem.

The issue is caused by a bug in the forum's software, which I'm afraid doesn't look likely to ever be fixed Sad
