Try swapping tyres front to back. That should eliminate balance and tyre deformation issues. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

front drive shaft or CV joint Jack up each front wheel and feel for CV play.

Did they balance all 4 wheels ? As out of balance rears can cause vibration. |

Alignment problems are a nightmare. I'd check up on what equipment they used to do the alignment. A lot of garages don't have the correct gear to properly undertake 4 wheel drive alignment, or the training to use what they have properly.
