A LandRover friend in Kuwait just sent me this link to a custom boot drawer for the FL2, not much use to me, but a very unique item

sometimes under floor storage is useful though (agreed.. I cant see the point of having them lockable)

I had a Chrysler Voyager a few years ago and that had a locking drawer fitted under the drivers seat - very useful storage for out of sight valuables like sat navs, keys etc and easy to access in and out of the car.

This reminds me of the time I was working in retirement for a shooting school. A guy called just before closing on a Wednesday evening saying that he had been invited to a big corporate shoot on the following Friday, he had never shot before and didn't want to make a fool of himself and could we help him? He came the next morning and spent the day having shooting lessons and being kitted out in the flat cap, tweeds, breeches, gaiters, boots - the lot. His bill came to over £1k . Apparently the shoot went well and (as is fairly common in these cases) he gave the clothing to one of the keepers. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
