Flood damage?

Greetings!

My Freelander 2 spent 3 hours standing in 750mm gushing flood water yesterday.
Some dampness inside which is drying out today. I've had a brief look underneath and in the engine bay and everything looks OK - car runs well.

Is there any damage I could be missing? Anything I should get checked out?

Thanks

carpets and underlay may be sodden underneath - see if there is water under the carpet is my advice Jules

I know the wading depth is 500mm but thought that was more for the air intakes/bow wave than water ingress inside.

I would have thought that in standing water for a relatively short time of a few hours there would be no water inside.

Unless seals on doors or steering column or pedals have gone.... I know the steering column grommet in the drivers footwell are prone to being missing

air filters, fuse boxes and any cables under the carpets and seats would be a good start, maybe the exhaust system hasn't had water/debris/silt run up in to it Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
