Been out and about near Mount Kenya today and stopped for a coffee next door to this place. Wife kept saying that she wanted to go in and see his wares. Couldn’t see the point myself.

Just back from a 3 hour bone shaking trip up one of the trails around Mount Kenya in my son’s Hilux pickup. Got up to 3200 metres, terrible tracks, extensive use of 4wd lo-box and engine having breathing difficulties with the altitude. Makes the LandRover Experience that I did a few months ago look like a walk in the park (as it’s really just a demo of HDC which the hilux doesn’t have). Maybe a Defender would cope but I don’t think my Fl2 would last long without a lot if underbody mods. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
