Door Open sensor fault - thinks a door is open - won't lock!

I've just picked my '57 freelander 2 up from its MOT and the dot open warning light is staying on. It didn't do that this morning! Luckily it's not beeping while driving, however it won't let me lock the car, it just beeps loudly when I try to.
Anyone had this?
Anyone know where the sensors are to check?

Yes I tried re-closing the bonnet and all the doors. I'm having to lock the car with the pull-out key blade for the moment!

I don't know if it will do any good but I would see if disconnecting the battery for a few minutes helps.
