"Birmingham Market
Turkey legs or wings @ 50p a kg comes frozen in 10 kg boxes

Smithfield
Whole fresh chicken @90p a kg in boxes of 10 to12kg

Local abottior does whole beef tripe @ a fiver each

whole beef liver @ 80p a kg

Kidneys, pluck, the occasional road kill deer."

Should go well with chips.

Packet chips are crap, full of fatty oil, and taste horrible and invariably soggy. I make mine out of good old fashioned spuds - Maris Piper are a good variety. Chip them as thick or as thin as you like them, then par boil them, longer and softer for more crispy chips, darin and let them cool a bit and if it suits your taste coat them in some spices or what ever you fancy, then deep fry them in hot oil - I like olive oil. Then scoff them before anyone else does.

Good stuff but it don't half pong, but probably more tasty than supermaket oven chips. I use chicken poop pellets on the garden (that should please CG) just remember to wash your hands after scattering it and before eating chips.
