I think they are D1S xenon bulbs (low and high beam) combined with H11 halogen bulbs (only high beam). Standard xenon bulbs have a Kelvin temperature rating of about 4300K, bulbs with a rating of about 4800K are "whiter". 6000K bulbs will be "bluer". I read that 4300-4800K are the best for visibility, the higher temps like 6000K don't give great illumination. |

Bi-Xenon units use a Xenon bulb for both high beam and low beam, a halogen bulb is used for high beam fill-in. |

Simples - You take out the bulb in question and go to your nearest trusted motor factors. They offer you a bulb or even a choice of bulbs, you buy what you want, take it home and fit. Job done. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

D1S bulb for xenon. Original bulbs costs at the dealer ~ 250 euros / unit (4300 K)

Now I'm confused, on the glass H7 is visible but the handbook mentions H11.
