Hi everyone.

Very new to all this and was wondering if any help out there. I've recently bought a 2007 freelander 2 td4-s only had it 4 days, love the car and everything great.
However I noticed a drip under the car every time I use it! It seemed to be water but all the levels are ok. I called garage up and he's told me it's something to do with the air con. I only have the heater on the middle setting so not hot not cold is this true or should I be looking into going back to the garage.

Also I need replacement knobs for the vents inside the car if anyone knows where to get these from as I have had no luck in finding them.

Re the water, it will be condensate dripping from the air con. As it is running it ices up. On shutdown it melts. Very normal.

I have not replaced the vent knobs but I know they are difficult to do. Replacements are the complete vent I believe. Someone on here did a very skilful in situ repair as I recall using the original knobs or possibly from a scrappy. Try a 'Search'. (See the titles above)

Thanks for that, Daft question, but is the "Climate Control" the same as "Air Con"? and does it work in the same way?
