Just seen the locals news about the job cuts, shocking. Perhaps they should have thought long and hard about all the money they spent trying to be American. Yep my Mrs is part of the furniture after all these years but it hurts her to see really good professional staff shafted for one family to get even richer (they still own most of the company). Mrs Yorky has been culled in the past and took a lesser job due to her age , her choice but it makes my blood boil as she is extremely well qualified and would be paid far more now if she was still in her original profession.
