Humm just took a bit of a gamble, spend £32 inc postage for a set of rear light protectors, from rimmerbros they say they are the original ones that seem to still be sold for over £140 in some places, so worth a punt for £32 they look dead easy to fit just a few screws. 2010 Freelander2 TD4_e GS

A good find. Just ordered some myself for the rear. I wonder for the front you have to drill holes in the wing. Do you think you could get away with using 3m vhb adhesive the same stuff you use for the rear spoiler on the bracket that comes with it. . Not having felt the wait of them do any on here think it will work?. GS Sd4 2012

It probably would, but I think well placed tree could pull it off if it got hooked.

Fitted my rear light guards this morning, inbetween rain showers. Didn't use the rivnuts for the bracket but 12mm tec screws and the same for now in the side of the light. Thought I had a 7mm drill bit but apparently not.

And while I was looking for a cheaper set of front guards I found a even cheaper set of rear guards on shop4landrover.com for £19 inc delivery I think. They where the cheapest I could find for front guards as well, Land Rover make anyway. GS Sd4 2012

Rear Lamp GUARDS ....... but what do they GUARD ????

They are made of plastic, not steel.

They sit inbound of the bumper, so the bumper is going to get knocked first.

These are purely cosmetic ......... they offer NO ......GUARD at all

DON'T FIT THEM !!!!

(some dealers used to reduce the part-ex of a (LR) vehicles if they had lamp guards (front or rear or both) as they knew prospective buyers may not want them. So the vehicle had to go into their body shop to remove the guards ..... and the evidence of them been fitted)

Worked a treat did it exactly like their video.

Took 20 minutes all in to do both sides, didn't actually bother to disconnect the lights, I didn't need to.

Love them. I need to use some touch up paint on the screws and thst was it. Other costs were £10 for a box of 200 and a box of 100 screws thst I needed 4 from each

I would guess a dog ramp! Common sense isn't very common.

Yes. DIY Housing for dog ramp, just pull the dog ramp out and dog sits above it, and compartment on the right for towels, or valuables that you want hidden when the door is closed.

The covering is just 50p cheap carpet tiles on top of the wood.
