Hi, I am wanting to change my manual Freelanders gearbox oil but cannot find the oil quoted in the manual which is Castrol MTF97309 or even the Specification of it.

I emailed Millers oils a while back, Opie do Millers with a 10% discount for Freel2 members.

Castrol Syntrans V FE 75w-80 & the above Millers TRX is the closest I can find to Castrol MTF97309.
