I can recommend the car shades they offer versatility that tints don't, in winter you can take them out for increased visibility or just leave the luggage compartment window blinds in.

Thanks Taz, think these are what I'm after but how is visibility OUT through rear window as cannot seem to find any pics of that, personally I use wing mirrors ( by-product of driving too many transits ) but better half wants to see rear screen view. If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

I now have the car shades fitted. (ex Taz, thank you) They look good and you can see out, although obviously visibility is reduced through the mirror, but not unusable.

Hi Jules. I have another car that has factory tint. TBH, the view IS better through the tint than through the shades but, as I said, not unusable. I am an ex HGV driver though, and am used to using my door mirrors as much or more than the interior mirror. On that note, the FL2 door mirrors are superb compared to my Alhambra's! 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

I'm thinking of getting Sonniboy shades. A bit more expensive than Privacy shades but Sonniboy shades cover the rear window in 1 part, no split. |
