They are the cross bars, not the rails, the picture below is the same, yes these are available

Tyres are Nokian WR SUV3 https://www.nokiantyres.com/winter-tyres/nokian-wr-suv-3/ all have 6mm even tread left and no punctures, the tyre has a built in wear indicator.
I am away from the office for a couple of weeks, they are stored there, I can get some close up pics if needed but will need a couple of days.

T9EAA has first dibs, his post was a couple of hours before your PM, I will keep you informed.

These are the wheels which I bought bought new and they have done two winters.
