Service kit for i6 petrol?

Hi folks. Now that Mrs rpaterson has bought a lovely straight six auto, I'm looking to give it a decent service. Do we have a one-stop-shop for a kit that covers; engine oil, fuel/oil/air filters and plugs etc or am I best just sourcing them piecemeal from my usual suppliers?

Thanks in advance dudes/dudettes Cool

Suggest Mrs rpaterson talks to Mr Google as most of us have a 4 cylinder oil burner. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

I can't say that I know of a kit. But I wanted to add that you should have a look at the service intervals for the 3.2 Euro Spec. LR's intervals are LOOOONNNGGG. Personally I've contravened all their intervals. I'm doing things much sooner just for my sanity. if youre using the specified 0w-30 ACEA A5/B5 your oil is supposed to stay in there for 24,000km (Not for USA cars though)

Plugs are a 120,000km lifespan and transmission / differential fluid is every 10 years or 240,000km... i've replaced all transmission / gear fluids at 90,000km so that i can sleep well at night.

Here's the maintenance sheet for Euro Spec cars

Try www.gsfcarparts.com
I subscribed to the site and regularly get 54% discount offers. Yes that's 54% off !
Makes buying those service items great value. You type in your reg number and it gives you everything they sell for that model.
Owning an i6 myself I can tell you that the engine oil is damn expensive, but not when the offers are on, which seems to be nearly every weekend as long as you sign up for their email service. Very Happy
IIRC the first time you use the site, you get a pop up for 30% off (sometimes more, sometimes less) . Use that for one item, say an air filter. After that, you'll get emails with the 54% on a regular basis.
