Don't give up Freelander & move to retirement village?

Us Freelander owners who buy quality sensible reliable cars are probably in general a fair way along the conveyor belt of life..... unfortunately! If you are thinking of giving up your Freelander & moving to a retirement village. Don't under any circumstances. If the UK retirement village system is anything slightly remotely like our system in Australia you will be bled dry alive. At the rate they bleed you dry you could have run a full fat Range Rover Autobiography for a decade!

I would rather connect a 2" pipe to the exhaust (I have already measured it, but do need to buy a length of pipe so I am prepared!), well in my case with an Si4 I will need 2 pipes so slightly more complex set up! I have a small garage so I can close that as well which will make doubly sure of a successful outcome!

ABC TV Four Corners investigative journalism, an extremely well respected program in Australia by the general public which politicians & others hate to the nth degree!

Brilliant.... didn't think of that, & it will be easier to attach, so I can finish the job quicker! & I'll save a couple of dollars to leave behind! Mind you the price of potatoes these days is pretty crippling!

It is criminal how this whole retirement system is allowed to operate at any level. Even more so when at this stage of life people are more overwhelmed with the complexities of simply living. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
