A few years ago I was working at a nuclear research centre when I saw across the car park a visitor reverse into a parked car and drive off. The place was a secure site with armed guards so I just called the gate house and about 5 mins later the car re-appeared accompanied by a police car. Dorset on slightly differing note I shopped someone using my dash cam a few weeks ago for littering as they drove along (throwing all the McCrap wrappers out). Latest and probably last feedback is we have written to the cars owner and they have not replied.
