Freelander 2008 HSE TD4 Auto

I've had a periodic issue with my Landy where, there will be a series of 'bad' gear changes. Can happen at low speed as well as high speed and in any forward gear.

Usually feels like a noisy downshift and is quite a dramatic clunk.....always when accelerating. Will do maybe one or twice on a long journey and then be fine for weeks on end!

Anyone come across this with their car?

Unless you have a warranty I would be doing a purge and change of the auto box oil if never done. If in any warranty period send it back to be sorted.  FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
