With the onset of the cold weather is anyone else experiencing the sat nav not working until the vehicle has warmed up - can take up to 15 minutes before I can get it switched on.

i have had them look at the screen as it is very dark untill it warms up

Yes, reported it last year in the cold spells and all the dealer did was turn up the brightness - which was not right after it warmed up or for night driving, so I set the brightness back to standard.
There doesn`t seem to be an official answer, as far as I can see. Don`t drive faster than your angel can fly!
