Before you peel off the backing tape, hold the mouldings in place with some masking tape to get level. Then put a bit of masking tape, especially for the front moulding, at the front end, on the door to position the height.

You don't get a second chance to adjust the height if you are a touch out. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

im planning on getting them colour coded before fitting, so may get the body shop guy to do it as hes probably got a steadier hand than me Shocked

String

Old motor trade trick when fitting stick on backing number plates to E type jag bonnet.

Get thin string, cover in chalk, get extra body to help hold said string level and really tight to car, then twang string and you have a chalk line to use or repeat and mess about with until you are happy. Thumbs Up FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
