Hi,

I am new to the site. I have a FL2 STD4 manual. I have already covered 17,000km(nearly all motorway and has never been offroad).

It has now developed an annoying and worrying rotational noise coming from the rear. The noise is faster than the rotating wheel so would make me think its to do with driveshaft etc??

It goes away when accelerating and is louder when reversing.

Anybody have any ideas?

I hope to get it back to the Dealer next week for them to look at it. Also the drivers door mirror is making annoying creaking noises when folding in, same starting problems as everyone else and I have been informed that there is a software upgrade available from the dealer. I will get this download when they have received in replacement manual seat recliner handles which both came off within the first week of having it.

I hope these problems are not going to be a common thing as I pile on the miles.
