12v cig sockets not working

To cut a long story short , I've Censored the 3 12v cig sockets (2in the centre consoel and the 1 in the boot) does anyone have a definitive answer ? I've checked all 3 fuse boxes and all fuses look ok. I followed the other thread about this but the fuse that fixed other cars isn't on mine , it's a 2014. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

Update .. found a list of fuses for the interior fuse box, fuses 53 & 55 both 20a blown . Replaced both . Socket in the boot works as does the socket nearest to the gearstick. The socket next to the USB and aux port still dead .
Any ideas on this one ? Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

That's not always the answer. My Brother bought an ex demo RRS and all his central sockets don't work. Even after a year he still hasn't moaned to the dealer to get them fixed. Rolling Eyes

Luckily they all work on my new motor. MY13 Santorini Black SD4 HSE

According to the 14my handbook F55 is the fuse for the rearmost centre console socket and fuse F63 is the luggage compartment socket F53 is unused. Both 20amp yellow fuses. Hope this helps! Thumbs Up

I was using my electric tyre pump ( which I used 2 weeks ago without a problem) to check pressures. Plugged it into the boot socket as normal.. nothing , tried it on the socket next to the gear leaver , nothing.. tried it on the other socket and it worked . Inflated 2 tyres then it stopped. I thought the first 2 where in series, that's why both didn't work .
Closer look at the pump , both positive & negative wires were showing right inside the unit .. that's why I got a dead short. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!
