Fan control module wiring diagram or wire descriptions

Can anyone help me out with the wiring diagram for the fan control module or tell me what each color wire is for? 3.2L i6 petrol.

I just replaced my radiator a week ago and the car has been running like a champ since with no leaks. Yesterday it overheated and the a/c stopped blowing cold while idling in a parking lot. Wife turned off asap (she's been eyeballing the temp gauge like a hawk since I just put in the radiator) and called me. After work I went and looked and coolant tip top full, engine oil full, so I drive her home no problems. Sit in my driveway 30 min idling air on, no problem. Cooling fan running.

Want to test the fan control module but I need to know which wires are which.
