LR Accident management

Whilst I was researching for my car and looking at the 2 year warranty on approved vehicles I came across something saying, that if you are in an accident the you must call LR (special phone no) before you call your insurance company and they will manage the claim and repairs and give you a £250 voucher towards loss of your NCB. I can't seem to see a reference to this anywhere, so was I dreaming or was it a senior moment? 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I'm currently having an accident managed under this very scheme, but it's as a result of taking LR up on their free 7 day's insurance cover and lasts for a period of 1 year.
