We are now considering phil's suggestion of the Bebeconfort Axiss due to the height of the rear seat and the shortness of Mrs G. It seems to have a clever seatbelt tensioner reducing the need for isofix. At work

I can vouch for the Tobi Thumbs Up but since you don't have to keep taking the seat out isofix is a little redundant

UNLESS (as i have said before) Parents and grandparents are going to be putting it in, as they often don't put seat belts types on the seat tight enough and they get the unwanted movement. Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

just bought a maxi-cosi axiss, which seems to be a re-branded bebe confort, maybe maxi cosi has bought out bebe confort?

Added a pair of £13 baby shoes to the order to exceed £180 and get 10% off, making the order cheaper than without the shoes Rolling with laughter I love a bargain At work

That explains it then Thumbs Up seat not arrived yet, but I was told to expect a 3wk wait.

Our push chair is a dorel/quinny buzz and appeared to be robust when we dragged it across several fields (about 2 miles Neutral ) at the weekend after we got a bit too adventurous walking around Fountains Abbey. At one point I had to drag it backwards through a cow farmers very dirty yard, luckily the mud and Censored was frozen solid.
The moral here is always do a recce before wandering around the countryside with a pushchair Embarassed Luckily Finn seemed to find the whole thing very amusing. At work

Hi All. We have two of the Bebeconfort Axiss seats and they work a treat. My wife has a neck injury and has no probs with them at all. They have a ratched system in the seat frame for the seat belt to go through which makes it all nice and tight. But i see that maxi have somthing the same now. 08 FL2 SE TD4 manual,Santorini Black, Factory fitted Black Tinted Glass, Anti-Tesco Trolly Side Protection, bebe confort axiss carseats & Cargo barrier to stop twin's buggy & junk coming through. NO Sweets Crisps or Drinks inside.
WITH TWINS, YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY Smile Now towing a Abbey Vouge 650 1800kg

Just to let you know, BabyZoop are having sale on, 10% off which means the Axiss can be had for £152 http://www.babyzoop.co.uk/carseats/axisscarseat.html. However, since never heard of them, Kiddicare will price match so I've just asked what they are willing to offer. Phil
