Hi All.

Ok Ive had the TD4 FL2 a little while now (MY14) and was wondering if a terraclean would be worth doing, only done 39K miles but fuel economy is averaging 29.9mpg!!

Just wanted to get peoples thoughts and experiences.

I think that easing up on the right foot might be a better option! Tattoos - Why would you choose to look like the wall of a public toilet?

Suggest you get a bunch of the new plastic £5 notes, about 20 or so should be enough.

Put them in a suitable metal container, an old biscuit tin would do. Set light to the £5 notes.

This will ahave a very similar effect on your fuel consumption.

Just my opinion.

I had a Terraclean done, to satisfy my own curiosity. Was a waste of £90 and 2 hours of my life...

you are supposed to have it done to the car not yourself Mikey  Common sense isn't very common.

I think an "Italian tune up" will have just as much effect, probably more.

I had my ford focus done it made no difference at all just bung in some Redex now and again.

Had my Skoda Octavia VRS done, lots of washing foam came out and the car, went alright for about 3 weeks at a push. I never bothered having it done again. Took it to Shark and had the DPF removed and a Stage 1 tune, which made a hell of a difference

I'd go down the 'add 2 stroke' route. Plenty of threads on here.
