Yea really enjoying the freelander for exploring etc. Ordered some 30mm spacers there to make it look a bit meaner.

Unfortunately the slave cylinder or master cylinder went yesterday so hopefully getting sorted tomorrow. Brand new clutch and flywheel going in as well.

Hit 133000 miles as well so have to get the timing belt done soon.

Spacers for the suspension height or wheel spacers to widen the wheel track?

I will likely be doing some preventative maintenance on mine this coming summer as well.

I quite enjoy using the FL2 to get out in the wild. Even in stock form, it's fantastic for all the rugged stuff short of deep mud and rock crawling. In fact, exploring with the FL2 has become such a hobby that I've started an IG account for it Smile Whistle (@the_canadian_freelander).

A few pics from various adventures...

Wheel spacers just. My 245/70/17 tyres have given me a bit extra ground clearance so I'm happy with that. I was actually considering selling it and buying something like a Mitsubishi l200 to carry the bike and surf board but decided to keep the freelander.

If you are thinking L200 then you might find the following useful, it's not a direct comparison with the FL2 but looks at off road capability.

Yea statue was stolen a while ago and then found dumped so had to be repaired and put back up. Think it is something to do with game of thrones.

Finally gave it a clean today after being brown for a near 2 months.

Gave it a quick buff using auto finesse compound and pad. Them waxed with good old faithful collinite wax.

Not bad for a car turning 10 years old this year and with 136000 miles on it.
