Use a repair kit on a tyre that is repairable is not a good idea as many tyre repair shops will not then attempt to repair it. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

You have a caravan (as I do) In no way would I tow without a PROPER spare wheel. Those grunge kits wreck the tyre. The steel spare is limited to 50mph.
