Really? But it's almost a carbon copy of the Discovery Sport! |

To be fair to the hideous Rodius, as a car capable of seating up to 11 people, in 4 rows of seats, it never compromised its abilities in the search for style. The D5 could be likened to the practical and sensible middle aged dad who suddenly realises he's having a mid life crisis and wants to dress and behave like he's a teenager again; it requires his real friends to stop him from making a fool of himself! |

The Discovery Sport took its influences from the Vision Concept which is the D5, so it's the other way round IMO. The family look has worked for the German manufacturers for long enough. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200 |

But the Rodius is unique ..... must be the only vehicle on the road with a dormer extension. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:- Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip, Bluetooth Music Streaming Module. |

It has indeed, although it must be so uninspiring for their designers to have the task of re-designing the Golf / the 3 Series / Porsche 911 etc. etc. for the 7th or 8th time in a row! Alternatively, if this is the way to go, why did LR throw away the evolutionary progression through all of the previous Disco's and arguably, back the the Series Land Rovers before them? |

I drove the new Discovery today and it is a nice drive! However in the middle seats you do get thrown around. Also if you boot it around the corners the car does lean. Personally I don't mind the leaning... I loved it as a kid in my dad's D1 and RRC. However with a lighter body on top now I would have assumed there would be minimal lean. Being a off road car I'm happy if it does lean but I was just a bit taken back how much it did roll. Maybe that's why there is grab handles at the sides now as well as at the back MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior
