Should I take the plunge and swap my 2011 FL for a 2013 Dynamic?? Are they that different?

MY13 face-lift is nicer in GS version than the previous GS but if I went for another I guess it would be a MY14 Metropolis being I think the last ones sold in UK. No doubt some lad from over the border will tell us what the best one is in a later models, come on Nut shout up. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

I went from 2011 to 2013, certainly quieter and smoother, my spec was a big hike GS to HSE Lux, if you can find a Metropolis, then go for it.

Can't afford a Metropolis, Taz!! Will have to make do with a Dynamic I have found!

It's black, cream/black leather interior, 19" style 4 wheels, side steps.

i assume you persuaded them to remove the to bracket, you wouldnt add one to a perfectly good car At work

personally I would have, especially if the Dynamic was an SD4 auto

the difference between TD4 and SD4 is substantial IMO, and the auto is so much better than the manual. Economy slightly down maybe but performance and driveability are leagues above the TD4.

I really like the look of the dynamics but would have to go for auto SD4 if I ever upgrade from my SD4 Manual Ewok

I have read a lot of positive articles about the autos, but I like to drive the car , not the
car drive me. They did not have an auto for sale any way, so I have settled for the manual. Plus

I have a 64 plate SD4 SE Tech auto and the autobox compliments the car better than the manual IMO (I had several manual ones before) It also partly makes up for not having a low ratio box, makes low speed manouvering easier and prevents clutch wear.

Definitely go for a test drive though. Jules

The auto box on my Dynamic is a dream to tow with.The demand option is ideal for continuing the momentum when a steep hill appears in the distance.

I've got a 2013 Dynamic.

Best car I've ever owned (and there have been quite a few).

It's got all the whistles & bells that you need.

The body kit sets it apart from other FL2's.

The side steps give an extra "look". You can actually get non-OEM mud flaps that fit the body kit perfectly and finish it off!

Think I'd forego the tow bar - it will ruin the look!

Certainly around these parts a Dynamic is a rare beast.Have had mine since October and nowadays when out on the road my eyes laser in on every Freelander but I have yet to spy another Dynamic.Pleasing in a way to have something a little different.
