There isnt a difference. LR have simply changed the part number. But they off loaded the old stock with the old part number. There is a guy in Northampton in the UK that bought the entre stock of old part number wheels from LR. 140 wheels in total.

I bought a set of 5 of these from Richard... they are the best looking wheel on the Freelander IMO. He did a very good deal on my choice of tyres with the wheels and after selling the old wheels and unused spare, once the potential cost of changing my old tyres was taken off it cost about £50 a wheel to upgrade. I don't think he has many left now though.
