well after doing what i should have done at first,my research.these are stated as driving lamps but only work with main beam so arn't driving lamps.after reading a few threads on other forums they are a huge job to fit to factory standard,so at the moment i'm swaying both ways. |

my last FL1 had similar light pods fitted (but no fog lights)

GRAHAMV6 are these driving lamps that can be used without main beam or with main beam only thanks for all advise |

As far as I can remember "Driving Lamps" that is auxiliary high performance beams, to be legal in the UK should only come on with the main beam and must turn off when you go on dip.

The factory fit driving lamp pods on my FL1 were wired to a factory on/off switch on the dash, and could be used on sidelights, dipped or main beam.

They are on a designated switch but can only be used on high beam.
