Replacement Door Lock Cover in Lago Grey

Door Lock cover on passenger side must have fallen off when wife closed the door, then reversed over it smashing it into pieces!

Need a replacement cover, does anyone know where I can get one already painted in Lago Grey?

And ask my local body shop to paint it up hopefully.
