Could anyone help me find an OEM part number for body protection film for Freelander 2014. I have only found a part number for the 2006-2010 model, which is LR006567. I am particularly interested in the front bumper film wrap.

The cross brace for the roof rails appears to be missing. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

I only mount the cross bars when I need to carry something.

he means there should be a permanent support strut across the back section, near the rear feet of the roof rails that is an integral part of the rail system.

the load bars are different and removable as you say.

The cross brace has 2 hex bolt either side & are in an almost impossible location to tighten. Also not designed to be unscrewed & re-screwed in place too many times. It stiffens up the whole roof rack structure. So when carrying something it will look like there are 3 cross bars, but one is the cross brace & it does not have a rubber strip in the top face & it is not designed to carry a vertical load.

You're right, I don't have that piece in my roof rails kit. I have bought it second hand last year but did't realise that part was missing.
Thank's for the links Bob but I'm looking for a genuine body protection film kit. I want it to be genuine because I want to put the dealer to replace it on a new painted bumper. I need to change the front grill surround on my warranty because the paint is falling of and the dealer told me that the grill cannot be replaced on itself and it will be replaced only with a new bumper. I have the whole front end wrapped in 3M Venture Shield but the I believe the dealer won't replace it only if it is a genuine part.
The part number LR006567 is for the first generation on Freelander 2 but I'm thinking there must be a kit for 2012 generation onward also.
