Hi again Wiggy. Just to reassure you if you have not carried out any servicing for a while, it is easy with the ratchet spanner. Just be careful not to over tighten the sump plug as the thread is quite small compared to some cars and can strip. I think the pump is a good idea to purge the fuel system however i did it without by topping up the new filter with fuel and it did start after about 6 cycles of the start button.

Don't forget that the 6 yr 90k service includes changing brake hoses. Not that I have ever seen signs of perishing on cars of that age. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
