Its probably not this at all but have you tried wiggling the steering wheel, I was just wondering if the steering lock hasn't disengaged? Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Tried that as well. I'll give it another go, but a bit more vigorous next time.

From memory there is a thread on here about an electrical connectors in the footwell area of the front passenger seat. The connector comes apart by people pressing hard with their feet and it causes electrical issues, maybe one to check out? Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Hi Stevie. Been back out at car and it now looks as if the car's steering lock has not disengaged. Tried wiggling about vigorously to no avail. Tried looking for any loose connectors also under the passenger carpet and everything appears to be in place.

Someone else here has recently had this and the car required a new 'dock' as it wasn't recognising the key, I may be wrong but not sure if theirs wasn't accepting the key fob at all? |

Could always try the hard reset, what you got to lose for a couple of minutes work. |
