Why are used values falling so quickly

I have just seen this on a well known auction site, 2007 Freelander 2 XS in Stornaway Grey and 7k on the clock for under 16k item no eBay Item No. 190259866939 I cannot believe how fast they are falling. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
