Aren't you then stuck when we get the discovery 4 and Freelander 3, doesn't it then become the LR3? which has already been used?

I suspect they'll just stick with LR2 and LR3 for the next generation and at that point the '2' and the '3' denote the size of the package, much like BMW 3, 5, 7 or M-B C, E, S. At some point it gets ridiculous to keep incrementing the number, otherwise in 2065 you guys will be driving Freelander 14's or some such Greg East

ooops, been sleeping and just seen this post CG - by the time the next models are released there wont be any ALL OTHER COLOURS - or have you forgotten that? All parked cars will be white and when in motion you will be able to choose a colour at the flip of a switch on the centre consol. I guess then that you wont just have 1 GREY and 1 BLACK colour cos there will be hundreds of shades in between. I think all this nonsense talk about Black verses Grey is ridiculous anyway, because in fact black is really only a darker shade of grey. 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
