Anyone had a sucking noise from the front
I can hear it very clearly when standing in front of radiator
Its coming from the battery side, LH

Yes on tick over, and only on a cold engine I think??.

Does it change with engine speed, if so its probably a turbo hose split. Use Search facility for more information.

I replace turbo hoses with silicone ones, I had two std ones fail

Air intake behind headlamp? Silver 2009 HSE

It's a continuous noise or is a rapid pulsing one?
Because in that area is the electric air valve for the intake swirl flaps that has a small end of line filter.
To verify, disconnect the small vacuum hose from the vacuum pump, put your finger over the pump port (that will make a lot of noise when open) and listen.

I disconnected the hose and put my finger over it.
The noise from the front did not change
It defently sounds like its coming from the front top of the radiator???
If I listen from in side the engine bay, it's not as loud
It's a quite load sucking/blowing noise it can be clearly heard wile standing in front of the car
It seems mainly constant
It's not the air filter box 2008 xs

And has a bit of a pulse to it

EGR pipe leaking somewhere ?....

Blanked the egr some time back, but I did look again at the egr and turbo pipes
It's very strange
I've got a lot of engine vibration at stand still and driving
About 2000 rpm , could it be linked ?? 2008 xs
