Indeed it is true. I think it is wrong any stealer should ask for you to stump up cash if the car is at fault. Fair enough you should be liable for the road tax anything else such as depreciation is questionable. My dealer Marshall Bedford once I forced their hand were second to none straight swap after 4 months of ownership, but due to the high spec car took a further five moths for the factory build to come through the system. |
