EGR cooler leak

Our FL2 2013 TD4 Auto EGR cooler has developed a small coolant leak.
There is a LR service bulletin about this and there is some change
in the gaskets so it is possible to identify "old" or "new" version of
this cooler.

Is this very difficult to change? Can it be done without special tools? Juha
